does my order fit through the mailbox?

Yes it does!

how do I return my order?

  1. Register your return by sending an email to info@palms-pines.com stating your name, order number and ‘return’ in the subject line.

    Specify which items of your order you would like to return in the email.

    Please always request your return through email so we can process it and refund your money.

  2. Put the item(s) you would like to return in the original packaging so items can’t be damaged while being shipped. We don’t accept damaged returns. Make sure to include a note with your name, email and order number so we know it's yours <3.

  3. Bring your return to a post office. It's important to have prove of your return in case something goes wrong in the shipment process. We recommend returning your order with track & trace.

    After we receive the return we will refund your money within 14 business days.
* the shipping costs are at the customer’s expense
** we’re not responsible for lost or damaged return orders.
*** in case we don't receive the return order we're not able to do a refund.

can I exchange my order?

Of course! If you would like to exchange your item, you can return your order as stated above and order the right product on our website.

when will my return get refunded?

You will receive an email when we've processed your return. From then on we will refund your money within 14 business days.

will the gold jewelry change color?

All the PALMS ✽ PINES items are made with 316 stainless steel which means their gold color remains <3.

Everything is tarnish-free and water resistant, however, overexposure to (salt / chemical) water & sun may change color slightly.

When wearing your items in salt or chemical water (found in hot tubs or cleaning products) or while exercising we recommend rinsing it off with fresh water straight after.

what if I loose my jewelry?

Unfortunately we can’t do much when you loose an item.

All our pieces are crafted to endure your exciting adventures, yet they're not invincible.

To keep them safe (and not lost), we'd advice to take them off during extreme sports or wild activities.

what if my item breaks?

We want you to be happy, so we take every complain very seriously.

will the jewelry make my skin turn green?

Nope! Everything is made out of stainless steel which doesn't wear off or loses their color.

what if I have received a wrong item or an item is missing?

where are your products made?

all our product are handmade by us Renée (based in Nicaragua) & Anne (based in the Netherlands).

what does pre-order mean?

You can order an item before we have it in stock. Which means you will be the first one we will ship the item to once we have it back in stock. When ordering an item on pre-order, all order items will be shipped together.
