Refund policy

We hope that you are happy with your new jewelry. If for any reason you would like to return (part of) your order, you can do so within 28 days of receiving your package.

The return of an item is only possible when the item:

1. Is not worn and/or used
2. Is not damaged
3. Includes the original packaging

*any items bought from our sale category cannot be returned.
